1) Who do you work with?
I primarily work with wellness brands and mission-led businesses—product-based or service-based—who want calm, cohesive visuals across social, web, and print.
2) What kind of graphic design services do you offer?
I design across digital, content, and print, including:
- Branding & identity (logo kits, brand guides, collateral)
- Social media & content design (templates, carousels, campaign graphics)
- Website, blog & UI graphics (web assets, banners, blog visuals, UI elements)
- Print, merch & brand collateral (packaging/labels, menus, flyers, stickers, apparel graphics, and more)
3) Do you offer packages, and how does pricing work?
Yes—I offer packages for common needs (like content systems, collateral bundles, and brand/design sets), and I also provide custom quotes for projects that need something more tailored. Once I understand your scope, timeline, and deliverables, I’ll send a clear quote with what’s included.
4) How do you approach a new design project?
My process is calm, collaborative, and strategy-led. We start by clarifying your goals, audience, and where the design will be used. From there, I develop a direction, design with intention, refine based on feedback, and deliver final files that are ready to launch.
5) What do you need from me to start a project?
To begin smoothly, I’ll ask for:
- A short overview of your business + goals
- What you need designed (deliverables + sizes, if known)
- Your target audience
- Any existing brand assets (logo files, colors, fonts, photos, copy)
- Examples of styles you like (optional but helpful)
6) How do payments work?
Most projects require a deposit to book your spot, with the remaining balance due before final delivery (or split into milestones for larger scopes). You’ll receive an invoice with payment details and a clear breakdown of what’s included.
7) How long does it typically take to complete a design project?
Timelines depend on scope and feedback, but typical ranges are:
- Small projects (single graphics, quick social assets): 5–7 business days
- Medium projects (collateral sets, content batches): 1–2 weeks
- Brand identity projects (logo suite + guide + supporting assets): 2–4 weeks
If you have a deadline, share it up front and I’ll confirm availability.
8) Do you offer rush orders?
Yes—rush service is available for select projects when my schedule allows. Rush orders include an added fee and a tighter turnaround, while still keeping the process clear and organized. Reach out with your deadline and deliverables and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
9) Can I request revisions, and if so, how many?
Yes. Most projects include two rounds of revisions so we can refine the details and ensure everything feels aligned. Additional revisions can be added if needed, billed based on the scope of changes.
10) What’s included in a project—and what’s not?
What’s included depends on the package or custom scope, but you’ll always receive a clear list of deliverables, sizes, and file formats. Common exclusions (unless we agree otherwise) may include: copywriting, printing services, and stock photo/font licensing.
11) Will I own the final designs / can I use them anywhere?
You’ll have full rights to use your final approved designs for your business marketing and brand use. If you need source/editable files (like AI files) or extended usage/licensing terms, I can include that in your package or quote.
12) How do you deliver final design files?
Final files are delivered in the formats you need—typically PNG/JPG for digital, PDF for print, and AI/EPS when vector/source files are included. Larger projects are delivered in an organized ZIP folder, and I can provide multiple versions for different platforms on request.
13) Do you offer ongoing design support?
Yes. If you need consistent content design, campaign support, or monthly updates, ask about ongoing packages/retainers so your visuals stay cohesive as your brand grows.
